Pelican Beach Resort is truly first-class, offering outstanding amenities in a prime Destin location. The resort sits directly across from Big Kahuna’s Water Park and is close to many popular restaurants. Guests enjoy two heated pools—one outdoor with a waterfall and one indoor/outdoor—along with a kiddie pool and hot tub. A brand-new beachfront pool sits next to the Tiki Hut, creating the perfect spot to relax by the water. All pools are open and available.

Additional resort amenities include a fitness center, game room, umbrella and chair rentals, tennis and basketball courts, 24-hour security at the entrance, covered parking, and a seasonal on-site deli, restaurant, and convenience store.

Located on the 19th floor, our condo offers sweeping ocean views from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. This 1-bedroom, 2-bath unit is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and carries a Deluxe-Plus rating—the highest rating available at Pelican Beach.

Inside, you’ll find Cali Bamboo flooring throughout and a beautifully updated kitchen featuring custom quartz countertops with accent lighting to create the perfect atmosphere. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed, from preparing a quick snack to a gourmet meal. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a private bath, while custom built-in bunk beds in the hallway provide additional sleeping space. The sleeper sofa in the living area is exceptionally comfortable and ideal for extended stays.

Destin offers endless dining, shopping, and activities. Many nearby restaurants are long-time local favorites. Silver Sands Premium Outlets is just seven miles east, while Destin Commons—an outdoor shopping center featuring dining, entertainment, and a movie theater—is only a short drive away. Fort Walton Beach offers a great fishing pier, and deep-sea fishing charters are located just up the street. Originally a fishing village, Destin still provides some of the best fishing on the Gulf Coast.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
